Stock Prism is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides multi-method analysis of publicly traded securities. The Service includes the Five Factors (五事) framework, the Bull vs Bear Debate method, and related analytical tools. All analysis is generated using publicly available financial data combined with artificial intelligence models.
3. Not Investment Advice
The analysis, scores, recommendations, and all other content provided by Stock Prism are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. Stock Prism is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by this Service. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. Stock Prism reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the analysis methodology, scoring algorithms, user interface design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Stock Prism and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stock Prism does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Financial data used in the analysis may contain errors, delays, or omissions. AI-generated analysis may vary over time and may not reflect the most current market conditions. Past performance indicators do not guarantee future results. In no event shall Stock Prism be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
